Profile

Dr. Roselina Arelhi received her BEng degree from the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of Glasgow and her MSc and PhD degrees from the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of Strathclyde. She began her academic career as a Research Fellow at the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of Paisley (now the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of the West of Scotland) in Glasgow. She joined the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of Nottingham Malaysia Campus in 2001, where she served as an Assistant Professor before being promoted to Associate Professor in 2013. Dr. Arelhi subsequently joined the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ of Sheffield as a 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ Teacher in 2019.

She has taught a diverse range of modules, including Interdisciplinary Engineering Design, Digital and Embedded Systems, Signals and Systems, Systems Engineering Mathematics, Control Engineering, and Robotic Systems.

Her current research interests lie in engineering education and the application of advanced control and signal processing methods to wearable sensors for digital healthcare.
