About the Times Higher Education subject rankings.
The engineering subject table uses the same trusted and rigorous performance indicators as the Times Higher Education World 9 1免费版下 Rankings 2024, but the methodology has been recalibrated to suit the individual fields. The methodology includes 18 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution鈥檚 performance across five areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry, and international outlook.
It highlights the universities that are leading across the following disciplines: general engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical and aerospace engineering, civil engineering, and chemical engineering.
This year鈥檚 table includes 1,374 universities, up from 1,306 last year.
